Aussie Gluten Free Beef Pies

Perfect for Australia Day Weekend, although you don't need an excuse to make these easy pies!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Serves 6

Ingredients
 

  • 2 sheets Gluten Free Puff Pastry
  • 500 grams Beef Mince
  • 1/2 Onion:, Finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms: , Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Powder Gravy

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pot on the cooktop. Add the diced onion and beef mince. Season and start to cook the mixture.
  • Turn on the pie maker and spray with olive oil
  • After 5 minutes of the mixture cooking, add the sliced mushrooms, tomato sauce and gravy powder. Cook to combine. Done!
  • Cut the puff pastry into circles and line the base of the pie maker. Fill with the mixture. Top with a pastry lid. Cook until the pastry is firm and brown
  • You must eat the pies with tomato sauce!
