Aussie Gluten Free Beef Pies

Perfect for Australia Day Weekend, although you don't need an excuse to make these easy pies!

Serves 6
- 2 sheets Gluten Free Puff Pastry
- 500 grams Beef Mince
- 1/2 Onion:, Finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms: , Sliced
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Powder Gravy
Heat a large pot on the cooktop. Add the diced onion and beef mince. Season and start to cook the mixture.
Turn on the pie maker and spray with olive oil
After 5 minutes of the mixture cooking, add the sliced mushrooms, tomato sauce and gravy powder. Cook to combine. Done!
Cut the puff pastry into circles and line the base of the pie maker. Fill with the mixture. Top with a pastry lid. Cook until the pastry is firm and brown
You must eat the pies with tomato sauce!
