Easy Christmas Turkey Recipe (Gluten & Dairy Free)

- 1 1.5kg Turkey Breast: , From your local butcher
- 1/2 cup Herbs: , Basil and Parsley, chopped
- 4 tbsp Gluten Free Gravy Powder
Preheat oven 180c. In a baking dish, place the turkey with skin side up, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for approx 1 hour. This is for a 1.5lg breast
Once cooked, allow the turkey is rest in the baking dish to cool and seal the delicious juices. Approx 15 minutes.
Then thinly slice and place on a beautiful platter.
Chop the herbs and scatter across the turkey.
In the baking dish, add 4 tbsp of gluten free gravy and mix with the pan juices. Add a touch of water to create a beautiful consistency of gravy. Pour on top - serve hot or cold!
