A great way to bring the family together to make gluten free pizza bases
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups GF SELF RAISING FLOUR: , No need to sift
  • 1 tsp BAKING POWDER: , This always gluten free and you will find this in the flour aisle at the supermarket
  • 1 tbsp OLIVE OIL:
  • 1 tsp APPLE CIDER VINGEAR:

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 200c and line a baking sheet or pizza stone with baking paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir well to ensure they are mixed evenly.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. It should be slightly sticky but manageable.
  • Shape the Dough: Place the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Using your hands or a rolling pin, spread it out into your desired pizza shape and thickness. You can wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking.
  • Pre-bake the Crust: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until it starts to turn golden.
  • Add Toppings: Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  • Final Bake: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Serve: Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy your gluten-free pizza!
