GF Cheeseburger Tortilla

Serves 6

Ingredients
 

  • 500g GF Wraps/Tortillas
  • 1 kg Beef and Pork Mince
  • 6 25g Harvati Cheese:, Sliced
  • 1 cup Lettuce: Iceburg:, Sliced
  • 2 Tomato & Avocado: , Sliced
  • 1 cup Pickles: , Sliced
  • 1 cup Caramelised Onions
  • 50g Hamburger Sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the beef and pork mince to combine.
  • Preheat a frying pan. Spray with oil. Place your first tortilla on the bench and thinly press the meat mixture all over. Then place meat side down in the frypan. Cook for 3 minutes each side - just make sure the meat is cooked through
  • Meanwhile, create a buffet of goodness! Sliced tomato, avocado, lettuce, pickles and a bowl of caramelised onions.
  • Start serving... and continue the process of cooking the meat loaded tortillas. You may need two pans going at once to feed everyone. Load the tortilla with goodness and finish with a squeeze of the hamburger sauce. Bliss!
