Gluten Free Chinese Crispy Beef is restaurant quality but Gluten Free! Its so easy to make and on the table in 15 minutes.

Serves 4
- 1kg BEEF STRIPS
- 1 RED ONION, Sliced
- 3 cloves GARLIC, Diced
- 1 cup TAMARI
- 2 tbsp CHILLI FLAKES
- 1/4 cup CORN FLOUR
- 2 FREE RANGE EGGS
- 4 SHALLOTS, Diced
- 1/4 cup RAW SUGAR
- 2 tbsp SESAME SEEDS
- 1 cup BRUSSELL SPROUTS, Or green beans, baby spinach or zucchini
Let's get cooking! Place your beef strips into a bowl and add the cornflour and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with your hands until completely covered. At this point, you can choose to cook them in the Airfryer for 15 mins on 180c or pan fry in sesame oil until brown and crispy - your choice! If you choose the Airfryer, check the meat every 5 minutes and toss around to ensure all meat is evenly cooked
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, add onion, garlic, shallots, sugar, tamari, chilli and any greens you have chosen for this dish. Stir on a medium heat to combine and thicken. YUM!
