Gluten Free Chinese Sticky Honey Chicken
Happiness! The gluten free version of a traditional chinese dish usually dripping with gluten!

Serves 4
- 500 grams Chicken Thigh: , Diced into bite size pieces
- 1 cup GF Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp Garlic & Chilli: , Diced
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup GF Tamari
- 1 cup Sesame Oil:, 1/2 for cooking the chicken and 1/2 for the sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- To finish: Fresh coriander
Toss chicken pieces in cornflour until fully coated.
Drizzle sesame oil to coat a large frypan over medium-high heat. Add chicken (in batches if needed) and fry until golden and cooked through (about 4–5 min). Transfer to a plate.
In the same frypan, sauté garlic and chilli for ~30 sec until fragrant.
Stir in tamari, honey and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened around 2 minutes
Return chicken to the pan. Toss to coat evenly with the sticky sauce. Let cook together for another minute.... enjoy watching this all come together!
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and tuck in!
