Gluten Free Layered Biscuits with Gooey Choco Sauce

Gluten Free Layered Biscuits with Gooey Choco Sauce has to be one of my favs! You will make this all the time!

Serves 6

Ingredients
 

  • 150g packet GLUTEN FREE BISCUITS
  • 1 cup CUSTARD
  • 1 can SWEETEN CONDENSED MILK
  • 1 cup CHOC CHIPS /MILK OR DARK
  • 2 tbsp BUTTER
  • 1 punnet RASPBERRIES

Instructions
 

  • Let's get cooking! Well, the only part we need to cook is the choco sauce!
  • In a saucepan, add 1 x can of condensed milk and 1 cup of choc chips (milk or dark, whatever you prefer). Stir constantly on a low heat until melted. Take off the heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of butter. Set to the side
  • Start the process of layering and creating! A dallop of custard, a biscuit, the gooey choco sauce, repeat!
  • Top with fresh raspberries and place in the fridge ready to serve
  • At time of serving, you can dust with icing sugar or grated chocolate
