Gluten Free Pretzels

Serves 4
- 1.5 cups Gluten Free Flour with Xanthan Gum: , Or if easier a gluten free bread mixture will work just as nicely
- 1 tsp Baking Powder:
- 3/4 cup Greek Yoghurt:
- 1 tbsp Baking Soda:
- Coase salt or Sea Salt : Completion!
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add yogurt and stir until a dough forms. Knead gently on a floured surface until smooth.
Divide dough into 4–6 pieces. Roll each piece into a rope and shape into a pretzel.
In a large pot, bring water and baking soda to a boil. Boil each pretzel for about 30 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon and place on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle pretzels with coarse salt and brush with melted butter if desired.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
