GF Thai Chicken Balls

Gluten Free Thai Chicken Balls

Gluten Free Thai Chicken Balls are addictive and a great snack for drinks or just in the fridge to pick at!

Cook Time 20 minutes
Serves 4

Ingredients
 

  • 1kg Free Range Chicken Mince
  • 2 Sticks Shallots, diced
  • 4 tbsp Tamari
  • 4 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Let's get cooking! Preheat oven 180c. Line oven tray with baking paper (I do this all the time to save extra washing up!)
  • In a bowl, add the chicken mince, 5 spice, shallots. tamari and sesame oil. At this can add grated zucchini and carrot if you would like extra veg.
  • Roll up the mixture into golf size balls. Place on oven tray, Drizzle with sesame oil and black sesame seeds Bake for 20 mins
  • Once cooked, place in bowl and sprinkle fresh coriander and diced chilli
