Overnight Gluten Free Weetbix with Strawberries

No excuse for no time in the morning to eat breakfast!

Serves 1
- 3 150g Gluten Free Weetbix: , Crushed
- 2 tbsp Strawberry Jam
- 5 Fresh Strawberries
- 1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Milk
- To Serve: Fresh coconut is lovely on top as are nuts
In a jar, place crushed up weettbix for the first layer, followed by milk
Layer with strawberry jam, then the greek yoghurt, followed by fresh strawberries
Finish with a dallop of greek yoghurt. Feel free to add coconut or nuts
Refrigerate for 1 -4 hours
