Overnight Gluten Free Weetbix with Strawberries

No excuse for no time in the morning to eat breakfast!

Serves 1

Ingredients
 

  • 3 150g Gluten Free Weetbix: , Crushed
  • 2 tbsp Strawberry Jam
  • 5 Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • To Serve: Fresh coconut is lovely on top as are nuts

Instructions
 

  • In a jar, place crushed up weettbix for the first layer, followed by milk
  • Layer with strawberry jam, then the greek yoghurt, followed by fresh strawberries
  • Finish with a dallop of greek yoghurt. Feel free to add coconut or nuts
  • Refrigerate for 1 -4 hours
