Slow Cooked Saucy Asian Beef

Serves 4
- 2 kg Gravy Beef: , it must be this cut of meat to allow the slow cooking process to break down the meat to fall apart from tenderness
- 2a cloves Garlic: , Diced
- 2 Carrot: , Sliced
- 1/4 cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- To Serve: Steamed rice, green veggies and a glass of red wine!
Dust off your Slow Cooker!
In the slow cooker bowl, add the beef, onion, garlic, carrot and all the sauces. Season. Cook for 8 hours!
Once cooked, remove the beef and place in a baking dish to serve. Transfer the beautiful sauce to a frypan on the cook top. Stir the cornflour into half a cup of water (this prevents lumps), then stir into the sauce, Bring to the boil. Then simmer to thicken for 2 mins. Remove and pour over the beef. Dinner is done!
