Welcome to Live Well by Raquel, where I share easy and wholesome recipes to nourish your body and mind.
I discovered Nourishing Free Range Chicken Bone Broth about 10 years ago. My Dad had bowel cancer and it was the only way I could help him each week offering nutritious broth packed with micro nutrients to help him heal. I then moved into more research as to why all of us should be drinking this liquid gold every day (or most days).
I always cook the broth with a whole free range chicken. It offers an element of comfort which I don’t find in cooking with beef. Totally up to you, but I feel this option smells like old men’s feet and makes my stomach gurgle!
