Gluten Free Sausage Rolls are what every gluten free person craves! Its seems like such an effort to make until now! I have created the cheats version with only 3 ingredients. In Australia, we call "Sausages" - "Sausos"! Yes, we do tend to shorten words with an "o". The key to this ingredient is great quality sausages from your local butcher and any flavout you like! I have chosen beef for this recipe.

Gluten Free Sausage Rolls with just three ingredients will encourage you to make them once a week and store then in the freezer! I hide my stash as even the non gluten free eaters in the family can not resist once or several when fresh out of the oven.
Why I Love This Recipe
I love this recipe because its so easy! Just make sure you find a GF Puff Pastry. Usually located in the freezer section of the large supermarkets or health food store.
Ingredients
GF PUFF PASTRY: I could eat this just on its own!
GOOD QUALITY BEEF SAUSAGES : Or any flavour you prefer
FREE RANGE EGG YOLK: To brush the pastry before baking
OPTIONAL: Black or white sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
Instructions
Let’s get cooking! Line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat oven 180c.
Place defrosted pastry on the bench and one raw sausage at the top of the pastry. Roll the sausage with the pastry. Cut in half. Score the pastry in small lines or just leave as is.
Beat the egg yolk. Brush on top of the pastry and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 10 minutes on oneside (until brown) then turn them over to brown the other side (you can add a brush of egg yolk if you have any left)
To serve – with tomato sauce!
