Gluten Free Sausage Rolls – 3 ingredients!

Gluten Free Sausage Rolls are what every gluten free person craves! Its seems like such an effort to make until now! I have created the cheats version with only 3 ingredients. In Australia, we call "Sausages" - "Sausos"! Yes, we do tend to shorten words with an "o". The key to this ingredient is great quality sausages from your local butcher and any flavout you like! I have chosen beef for this recipe.

Gluten Free Sausage Rolls with just three ingredients will encourage you to make them once a week and store then in the freezer! I hide my stash as even the non gluten free eaters in the family can not resist once or several when fresh out of the oven.

  3. Beat the egg yolk. Brush on top of the pastry and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes on oneside (until brown) then turn them over to brown the other side (you can add a brush of egg yolk if you have any left)
  5. To serve – with tomato sauce!
