Gluten Free Chicken Wings - The 3 "T's" - Turmeric, Tamari, Tasty!

Gluten Free Chicken Wings are all about colour! You know i love colour! Turmeric is one of the most amazing spices not only for its vibrancy but the for many health benefits as well. These chicken wings are perfect for a gathering or a late lunch with a salad. No need for forks!

Cook Time 20 minutes
Serves 6

Ingredients
 

  • 2 kg Chicken Wings
  • 4 tbsp turmeric
  • 4 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar

To Serve - Fresh lime, Chilli Sauce!

Instructions
 

  • Let's get cooking! In a large bowl, place the chicken wings and sprinkle with the turmeric, raw sugar and tamari. Mix with your hands! Add salt and pepper
  • Place on a lined baking tray into the oven - 180c. Cook for 30 minutes until cooked
  • Serve on a platter. Drizzle chilli sauce and fresh lime. Sprinkle fresh shallots.
