2kgChicken Wings
4tbspturmeric
4tbsptamari
2 tbspraw sugar
To Serve - Fresh lime, Chilli Sauce!
Instructions
Let's get cooking! In a large bowl, place the chicken wings and sprinkle with the turmeric, raw sugar and tamari. Mix with your hands! Add salt and pepper
Place on a lined baking tray into the oven - 180c. Cook for 30 minutes until cooked
Serve on a platter. Drizzle chilli sauce and fresh lime. Sprinkle fresh shallots.
