Made with almond meal, maple syrup, and walnuts, they’re naturally satisfying, packed with goodness, and incredibly easy to make. The batter comes together in just a few minutes, then bakes to golden perfection in only 10 minutes.

Ingredients

All ingredients are easy to find in your supermarket.

  • 4 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 handful of walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups Almond Meal

Instructions

Just follow the steps below and trust me!

  • Preheat the oven 180c
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Make into small balls and press down to make a cookie shape
  • Cook 10 mins
  • Remove from oven to cool
  • Then eat the whole lot! Only kidding!

Tips and Tricks

You can add other nuts if you prefer. Its the texture of crunch that makes all the difference.
