Ingredients

Here’s what you’ll need to make this easy dinner. No stress required!

  • Turkey Breast: From your local butcher
  • Herbs: Parsley and Basil
  • Gluten Free Gravy Powder: To mix in the pan juices

Instructions

It is our secret of the simplicity!

  1. Preheat oven 180c. In a baking dish, place the turkey with skin side up, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for approx 1 hour. This is for a 1.5lg breast
  2. Once cooked, allow the turkey is rest in the baking dish to cool and seal the delicious juices. Approx 15 minutes.
  3. Then thinly slice and place on a beautiful platter.
  4. Chop the herbs and scatter across the turkey.
  5. In the baking dish, add 4 tbsp of gluten free gravy and mix with the pan juices. Add a touch of water to create a beautiful consistency of gravy. Pour on top – serve hot or cold!
