Easy Vegan Patties (Gluten, Dairy, Egg-Free) are what you need this Spring and Summer! If you’re looking for a simple, wholesome, and seriously satisfying plant-based meal, these easy vegan patties might just become your new go-to. I honestly wasn’t expecting them to be this good — no dairy, no gluten, and not even an egg to hold them together, and yet they turned out beautifully. The texture is perfect, the flavor is super customizable, and best of all, they’re made with everyday ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.

What surprised me the most is how effortlessly they came together. Just mix, shape, and cook — no complicated steps or fancy techniques. They hold their shape really well, which makes them ideal for loading into burger buns, serving on top of a fresh salad, or enjoying on their own as a high-protein snack or light meal.

What I really love about this recipe is how flexible it is. You can toss in any spices you like, or keep it mild. Add chopped veggies for extra texture, or keep it simple if you’re in a rush. Either way, these patties always turn out delicious. Whether you’re fully plant-based or just trying to cut back on meat and processed foods, this recipe is a total win.
