Gluten Free Layered Biscuits with Gooey Choco Sauce

Any dessert served in a glass is fancy! Even this simple yet colour popping dessert that will appeal to anyone human!

Gluten Free Layered biscuits as dessert delivers the best texture, the perfect amount of sweetness and fresh raspberries! If they are not available, strawberries as a great option!

Ingredients

  • GLUTEN FREE BISCUITS: You can make your own, but if you are like me, I am more than happy to open a packet of biscuits to create this delight
  • CUSTARD: Again you can make your own, but why would you when there are so many delicious options available at the supermarket that are all gluten free!
  • CHOCO SAUCE: Yes, this is a little naughty, but homemade! You will need condense milk, choc chips and small amount of butter
  • FRESH RASPBERRIES: Delightful!
  • TO SERVE: In any glass! Martini – Tumbler – Wine Glass

Instructions

  1. Let’s get cooking! Well, the only part we need to cook is the choco sauce!
  2. In a saucepan, add 1 x can of condensed milk and 1 cup of choc chips (milk or dark, whatever you prefer). Stir constantly on a low heat until melted. Take off the heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of butter. Set to the side
  3. Start the process of layering and creating! A dallop of custard, a biscuit, the gooey choco sauce, repeat!
  4. Top with fresh raspberries and place in the fridge ready to serve
  5. At time of serving, you can dust with icing sugar or grated chocolate
