Ingredients
GLUTEN FREE BISCUITS: You can make your own, but if you are like me, I am more than happy to open a packet of biscuits to create this delight
CUSTARD: Again you can make your own, but why would you when there are so many delicious options available at the supermarket that are all gluten free!
CHOCO SAUCE: Yes, this is a little naughty, but homemade! You will need condense milk, choc chips and small amount of butter
FRESH RASPBERRIES: Delightful!
TO SERVE: In any glass! Martini – Tumbler – Wine Glass
Instructions
Let’s get cooking! Well, the only part we need to cook is the choco sauce!
In a saucepan, add 1 x can of condensed milk and 1 cup of choc chips (milk or dark, whatever you prefer). Stir constantly on a low heat until melted. Take off the heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of butter. Set to the side
Start the process of layering and creating! A dallop of custard, a biscuit, the gooey choco sauce, repeat!
Top with fresh raspberries and place in the fridge ready to serve
At time of serving, you can dust with icing sugar or grated chocolate
