Overnight Gluten Free Weetbix with strawberries is the quick, wholesome, and delicious breakfast that you need to start your day. I discovered this trick when Gluten Free Weetbix arrived on the scene. I had always envied the overnight oats that others were enjoying, not only from the ease of having a healthy quick breakfast, but also for the enjoyment of feeling like this is really a dessert disguised as a breakfast option.

This gluten-free overnight Weet-Bix jar, layered with creamy yoghurt, sweet strawberry jam, and fresh strawberries, is the perfect blend of flavour and nutrition with zero morning stress. Using certified gluten-free Weet-Bix made from sorghum, this recipe is gut-friendly and packed with fibre, protein, and antioxidants.

Prep takes less than 10 minutes the night before, and by morning, the layers have softened into a dessert-like texture that’s cool, creamy, and ready to go. Ideal for busy mornings, meal prep, or grab-and-go breakfasts, this jar delivers natural sweetness and a satisfying start to your day — no gluten, no fuss, just nourishing goodness in every spoonful.
