In a large frypan, add a dash of olive oil, the crushed garlic and pork mince.
Break up the pork mince with a fork to cook for 5 minutes, then add diced apple. Stir together and allow the apple to soften.
Add the tamari and a 1 teaspoon of gluten free cornflour to bring the sauce together.
Then add any veggies you have in the fridge – green beans, peas, baby spinach, carrot, capsicum. Stir fry for 5 minutes. Drizzle with honey then serve
