  • Pork Mince: You can choose pork fillets or tenderloin, I just find mince quicker to cook
  • Apples: No need to peel. Chop and add to the frypan
  • Tamari: The gluten free soy sauce
  • Honey: A drizzle at the end of the cooking process
  • Garlic: Just a touch
  • Veggies: Whatever you have in the fridge!
  • Serve with steamed white rice

  1. In a large frypan, add a dash of olive oil, the crushed garlic and pork mince.
  2. Break up the pork mince with a fork to cook for 5 minutes, then add diced apple. Stir together and allow the apple to soften.
  3. Add the tamari and a 1 teaspoon of gluten free cornflour to bring the sauce together.
  4. Then add any veggies you have in the fridge – green beans, peas, baby spinach, carrot, capsicum. Stir fry for 5 minutes. Drizzle with honey then serve
