The Veggie Whistle Hearty Soup is another name for “Fart Soup” or “Bring on number two’s”! My intent of the recipe was to create a soup packed with so much goodness to boost immune, packed with protein, loaded with veggies and feel amazing! Well, there is a bonus, it will seriously clean you out! Yes, it will! The fibre of the ingredients combined are a natural way to flush through any bowel issues as well as nourishment. We joked in our family about the “fart soup”, however, was not sure Google would appreciate my title 🙂

This soup is a throw together in a pot on a Sunday afternoon to set and forget. It will magically come together and give you a big hug every time you enjoy a mouthful. Just a reminder to enjoy maybe one just bowl at a time, otherwise there could be concquences!

Ingredients

A handful of ingredients will create the most delicious rissole!

  • Garlic: Because garlic always makes things better.
  • Mixed Beans: Red Kidney, Borlotti, Cannellini, Broad, Lentils, Chickpeas – choose your favorite
