Let’s get cooking! Place two plates on your bench. Preheat the oven 180c.
Place the yoghurt on one plate and the polenta/spices on the other. Squeeze the lemon into the yoghurt. Stir through.
Then place the fish into the yoghurt mixture, to cover entirely
Next step, place the fish into the polenta crumb and pat down the mixture to ensure its evenly spread over the fish. Place on a lined oven tray and bake 180c for 15 minutes
