Yes, you read the title right! 4 Ingredient GF Peanut Cookie is here to help you become a baker! Let’s be really clear! I am not a baker. Its not my thing! I just don’t like to measure ingredients. Seriously! I prefer to throw a bit of this and a bit of that…always finding the right balance with flavours.
However, I do love the aroma of baking through the house, which leads me to finding the most simplest baking recipes to create. This is why I love my 4 ingredient GF Peanut Cookie. You will always have the ingredients on hand and they are created, baked and eaten within minutes!
Baking does not have to be a committed day of mess with flour and measurements, its can just be as joyful with this easy recipe.

Ingredients
- PEANUT BUTTER: I prefer crunchy
- DESSICATED COCONUT : Dried
- 1 EGG: free range is always the best option
- ROASTED PEANUTS: A delicious texture

Instructions
Let’s get cooking!
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix with electric beaters until smooth
- Preheat oven 180c and line baking trays with baking paper
- Roll mixture into balls and place on the tray. Gently press with a fork.
- Bake for 10 minutes until brown
- Be warned – let the cookie cool before you eat one! From past experience, they are hot!
