Gluten-Free Mediterranean Fish Stew is a one pan dish that we all love! Light yet deeply flavourful, this recipe is built on a clear broth base infused with white wine, smoked paprika, garlic, and herbs. I love all of these ingredients that bring warmth, brightness, and a touch of rustic elegance to the table.

What makes this dish truly special is how it balances bold Mediterranean flavors with a clean, gluten-free foundation. It’s packed with tender white fish (I cooked with Barramundi this time, but you can choose any white fish), a medley of seasonal vegetables, and just the right hint of citrus and spice. The smoked paprika adds a subtle depth and smokiness, while the white wine lifts the entire broth.

Best of all, it comes together quickly, making it perfect for busy weeknights when you want something healthy and satisfying. Whether you’re cooking for your family or impressing guests, this stew feels comforting, fresh, and just exotic enough to keep things interesting. Serve it with a side of gluten-free crusty bread or a simple green salad, and you’ve got a complete, soul-soothing meal that everyone can enjoy.
