Let’s Cook!

  • Gravy Beef: Or chux beef. A meat that will slow cook beautifully
  • Passata: A large jar to ensure the meat is completely covered when cooking
  • Taco Seasoning: You can make your own or choose a packet, just make sure its Gluten Free
  • To Serve: Gluten Free Wraps, avocado, coriander, tomato, fresh chilli, mozzerella and a squeeze of lime

  1. Bring out the Slow Cooker. I always choose Fast setting, which is approx. 6 hours of cooking time
  2. Place the beef, passata and taco seasoning in the pot and cook for 6 hours. The meat will fall apart beautifully once cooked. You could add onion, capsicum, green beans or whatever you like.
  3. Once cooked, serve the meat in a large dish along side gluten free burritos, avocado, coriander, fresh chilli and fresh sliced tomato. Make sure you have a large bowl of grated cheese!
  4. Enjoy the moment!
