I love this recipe because they are simply delicious and so easy to make! I love adding black sesame seeds as a different option plus a hint of chilli for some spice!

Ingredients
- FREE RANGE CHICKEN MINCE: You can choose breast or thigh for this recipe
- TAMARI: The GF option to soy sauce and taste better, lighter and not as dominate
- SHALLOTS: A perfect alternative to onion for this dish and no crying!
- CHINESE 5 SPICE: Another fab spice that will become your best friend in the spice department. It makes every dish taste authentic
- SESAME OIL AND BLACK SESAME SEEDS: Definitely worth the purchase from your local Asian Grocer as will come in handy for all of your Asian Dishes!
- TO SERVE: CORIANDER AND CHILLI (OPTIONAL)

Instructions
- Let’s get cooking! Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. (I do this all the time to save extra washing up!)
- In a bowl, add the chicken mince, five spice, shallots, tamari and sesame oil. At this point you can add grated zucchini and carrot if you would like extra veg.
- Roll up the mixture into golf size balls. Place on oven tray. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle over black sesame seeds
- Bake for 20 mins
- Once cooked, place in a bowl and sprinkle fresh coriander and diced chilli

Can I serve this as a family meal?
Absolutely! I love to serve these balls with rice noodles or steamed rice along with Asian Greens
Can I use beef or pork mince as an alternative?
For sure! Yum!
Can I freeze this dish?
Yes! Make a million and freeze them as back up!

- 1kg Free Range Chicken Mince
- 2 Sticks Shallots, diced
- 4 tbsp Tamari
- 4 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 4 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions
