Gluten Free Nutella Scrolls…. Okay, I’ll admit it — this might be the cheatiest recipe I’ve ever posted… and I have zero regrets. Because when you’ve only got two ingredients, two steps, and about ten minutes before a snack craving hits, these Gluten-Free Nutella Puff Pastry Scrolls come to the rescue like the sweet, flaky heroes they are.

Seriously! We are talking about gluten-free puff pastry (yes, it exists and it’s amazing) and Nutella, rolled up into golden, swirly perfection. That’s it. That’s the recipe. It’s almost laughable how easy these are, but the joy they bring? So real. They’re crispy, gooey, chocolatey, hazelnutty bites of heaven and a total win for the gluten-free community, where easy dessert options can sometimes be hard to come by.

  2. Place the gluten free pastry (defrosted) on the bench and spread with a generous amount of nutella
  3. Roll tightly, then slice into scrolls. Place them on the baking paper and bake for 10 minutes
  4. Enjoy the crunch and moment!
